Unless separately disclosed, QR Signature Services does not represent that an AI-assisted feature makes legally significant decisions about users without human involvement. Where applicable law creates rights relating to automated decision-making, we will address those rights as required.
15. CALL TRACKING AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
Certain Services may use telephone numbers or call-routing technologies that help route calls, measure advertising performance, attribute calls to marketing sources, or connect callers with third-party providers.
Depending on the technology used, information processed may include the caller's telephone number, date and time of the call, call duration, routing information, advertising-source information, and other call metadata.
Information may be disclosed to a provider receiving or responding to the call.
This Privacy Policy does not state that calls are recorded. If a Service records calls, that Service should provide any disclosure or consent required by applicable law before or at the time of recording.
16. EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGES, AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
